PGdip Psychotherapeutic Humanistic Counselling, BA (Hons) Fine Art, MBACP

As a therapist I profoundly believe that change is possible, and that every individual has the potential for growth. Together I hope we can create a space for you to be vulnerable and explore whatever you wish to bring. Counselling is an opportunity to work through pain, hurt, resentment and anger, and a place to explore a new way of being.

I have a warm, empathetic manner and I would describe my approach as existentially informed person centred, but I do also integrate other theories and techniques (gestalt, TA, psychodynamic) depending on what the client feels they need or would be helpful.

As an LGBTQIA affirmative counsellor, and a member of the LGBT+ community, I have lots of experience of working with LGBTQIA clients, including trans, non binary and gender diverse clients and alternative relationship models.
